From Heath and Reach Veterinary Surgery take the A5 in the direction towards Milton Keynes.  

After the A5 becomes dual carriageway there is a large roundabout.  Take the third exit to continue on the A5. Shortly after the roundabout take the first exit from the A5 to Caldecotte.  Turn right under the bridge and follow the dual carriageway over Caldecotte Lake.

Go straight over the first roundabout (the V10) and take the first exit on the second roundabout (Brownswood Roundabout) following the V11 Tongwell Street towards Tesco’s at Kingston.  

On the left there is an exit to Milton Keynes Veterinary Surgery which is situated through the gateway behind the parade of shops.
