Your medication should be ready in 2 to 4 business days.

Your pet must have been examined in the last six months in order for a repeat prescription to be issued (12 months for flea and worm treatments).

Other than in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a chronic ongoing condition for which the pet is on the medication permanently) we cannot dispense antibiotics, ear drops or eye drops without examining your pet.
