The practice is open 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturday.

Outside of these hours, the practice has an arrangement with Vets Now in Milton Keynes to provide advice and emergency consultations for customers on 01908 509500. Vets Now is located at Milton Keynes Veterinary Hospital in Walnut Tree.
