Take the A5 in the direction towards Milton Keynes.  Travel through Hockliffe.  A few miles after Hockliffe there is a roundabout with a pub called “The Flying Fox” in front of you to the left.  

Take the first exit from this roundabout to Heath and Reach and Stockgrove Country Park. At the bottom of the hill, just before you enter the village, take the first right signposted to Stockgrove Country Park.  

The driveway for the surgery is the first on the left. Take this driveway and follow the left fork to the surgery.
