All prices include VAT at 20%. Surgical fees are guideline starting prices; a written estimate will be provided in advance for any planned procedure.
A note on pet health plans
We don’t offer pet health plans or monthly subscriptions. We prefer to keep things simple — you pay for what your pet needs, when they need it, with no ongoing tie-in.
This keeps our pricing transparent: there are no hidden costs built in to fund a wider scheme, and you stay in control of your pet’s care without paying for services you may not use.

Payment of Fees
All fees are payable at the time of consultation. When in-patient treatment or surgery is involved, all fees are payable in full prior to the surgery or at the time of admission based on an estimate. Surgery will not be started until payment has been received.
